HOLLYWOOD ICONS PARTY

Friday night my very good friend Emma and I decided to be the most glamourous possible - since we were heading to a party called "Hollywood Icons". We spent the whole day thinking about our outfits : what kind of dress /accessories should we collect for this very special event and most importantly: where will we find all these? After a massive 4 hours-long shopping trip we succesfully purchased everything; mascaras, gloves, my cigarette-holder and the most important thing- the Chaplin hat!
We were so excited to get dressed and laughed sooo badly when we saw each other AND the people on the streets who couldn't really understand what was going on. With Mr. Chaplin by my side it was all about those gorgeous great hollywood years - we felt like we're in a time capsule and everyone else is just a stranger.
Unfortunately the party was a big disappointment in the end- there were about 20 people there around midnight (noone was wearing costumes except us of course...) so we decided to leave the place and enjoy the empty streets of the city.
Just the two of us.

P.S. Dear Garçons Crew!

I would kindly ask you not to force us to wait 5 minutes before entrance next time especially that we were in a rush to get in to the place before midnight. We found it quite ridiculous that while we were the only ones wearing costumes- but you still wanted us to pay more to get in. Not to mention the amount of money we spent on our looks...next time you should be a little bit more wiser.
